Use of and access to the Website is subject to the following terms which include:

1. BY ENTERING THE WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS THEN PLEASE LEAVE THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Links. No metatags hyperlinks or other forms of linkage whatsoever to any other site may be imposed on the website without the prior express written consent of the Publisher.
3. Viruses. If you knowingly send or infect the Website with a virus, Trojan horse, worm, etc then the Publisher retains the right at its sole discretion to pursue you for all legal fees (including its own and those of any third party), damages and other expenses that may be incurred by it as a result of your actions.
4. Liability. The Publisher accepts no liability in respect of the content of any third party material appearing on the Website or in respect of the content of any other website to which the Website may be linked from time to time. The Publisher makes no warranty in respect of the contents of this Website and accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever and however arising whether directly or indirectly as a result of access to and use of this Website including without limitation acting or failing to act in reliance on any information contained herein.

You understand that you are personally responsible for your behaviour while on the Website, and agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense of any kind (including legal fees and costs) that they may incur in connection with a third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Website, access to the Website, your violation of either these Terms or the rights of any third party, disclosure of membership passwords and any other matter in connection with your participation in the services on the Website.
6. Force Majeure. The Publisher does not warrant that functions contained in the Website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Publisher or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
7. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kindom without regard to conflict of law principles, and users agree that all legal proceedings relating to the matters herein shall be adjudicated solely in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Except in the case of the Forums and any other content you create, the copyright in the Website and its contents belongs to the Publisher, or has been included with the consent of other copyright owners. Reproduction in any form, printing or downloading of part or all of the contents is forbidden save in accordance with the licence granted below.

If the Publisher does make such a transfer, it will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure that your information is protected. DELIVERY & RISK
1. We aim (But do not guarantee) to deliver all orders the next working day (When ordered between 9am & 5pm) unless otherwise stated by Office Specialties Ltd. Dates agreed for delivery are estimates only, however, and a failure by Office Specialties Ltd to comply with them shall not be a breach of these Conditions.
2. Risk of damage or loss to the Goods passes to the Customer at the time of delivery or, if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when Office Specialties Ltd has tendered delivery of the Goods.
3. Unless otherwise agreed by Office Specialties Ltd and the Customer in writing, delivery of the Goods will be deemed to have been:
3.1 Where Office Specialties Ltd appoints a carrier to effect delivery on its behalf, at the time the carrier commences loading of the Goods onto their vehicle.
3.2 Where the Customer has arranged to collect the Goods from Office Specialties Ltd, at the time the Goods are picked up.
3.3 Where the customer signs for and takes receipt of the goods.
4. The Customer is required to inspect the Goods on receipt and to notify Office Specialties Ltd of any defects or complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Deliveries are free of charge unless otherwise stated by Office Specialties Ltd. (TD1-15, EH 43, 44, 45 postcodes)
6. For all furniture deliveries, please allow an extra 2-3 working days, dependent on the type of item. If the timescale will be longer you will be informed by Office Specialties Ltd of this.
7. Outside UK Mainland delivery is subject to carriage charges and Office Specialties Ltd should be contacted for the applicable rates
